DESCRIPTION

The area in question in an unbuilt area located in Via Fontevivo in La Spezia. The urban context surrounding the area is characterised by a predominantly residential fabric of historical plant to the south and of recent formation to the west towards the hill.
The area has an extension of approximately 7,830 sqm; it is located in the foothills to the north of the railway station of Migliarina, in a semi-central urban area, well-connected to the other areas of the city, and it is characterised by the presence of important social services that, if enhanced, could be part of the process of economic and social renovation of the area.
